SWEDISH MASSAGE
Holistic medicine is a broad range of practices based on generations of tradition. Swedish Massage is one of the more commonly practiced modalities. It is suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This is a hands-on body treatment involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep deep strokes to target the inner layer of your muscles and connective tissue. This helps to break up scar tissue as well as promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. l I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, and improves circulation. Women should discuss massage with their prenatal care provider before booking an appointment.

I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2010. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a well-renowned Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.
